Does Drinking Coffee Increase Blood Pressure?

I take pride myself among my friends and family for leading a healthy lifestyle. My friends and family take a dig at me by saying that the Grande coffee which I drink daily from Starbucks is the secret of my health.

A friend recently told me to “watch out,” while at Starbucks the other day as I drank my coffee because her doctor told her that coffee can contribute to high blood pressure, or hypertention.

While telling this my friend was exhaling cigarette smoke. I don’t know whether her doctor told her that smoking is more dangerous than coffee.

why did he speak about coffee? As expected her doctor indicated that being over weight and smoking is contributing to her hypertension.

As of this post, there have been no studies to support evidence that there is a link between drinking coffee and hypertention.

It is only found that coffee can increase hypertension for a very less time and that too only slightly.

The blood pressure increased by coffee will also worn out quickly.

Some persons do smoking and drinking coffee together. The recent researches tend combine certain things like coffee and cigarette smoking and coffee and weight gain. Then do this mean coffee causes hypertension?

Does this mean that coffee causes hypertention? No – it is not coffee’s fault that some people cannot drink a cup of coffee without partnering it with cigarettes and/or over eating.

While I’m always excited to read about amazing results from people who’ve given up coffee and reduced their blood pressure, I’m even more interested in knowing what other bad behaviors where dropped when these people gave up coffee.

Over indulging is always dangerous. It suits for everything. In my case i only have a cup of coffee a day.

You can use my high blood pressure program if you are suffering from high blood pressure. My program is very easy to use with zero side effects and amazing results.

My weight loss breeze program is suggested if you are suffering from obesity.

Fibro Fog – Is This A Form Of Dementia?

I always jump out of joy when my clients compliment me. Saying my program has helped the to improve their health positively. And has also made their lives much happy.

This happens very much with the feedback of my Fibromyalgia program. My clients always tell me that my program helped them when nothing else seemed working. That is because i always consider fibromyalgia as a medical problem.

The main symptoms is considered to be chronic pain and fatigue. Physicians often misdiagnose this for depression. Some of them even think that the person is exaggerating this and even thought to be physic. I’m not very much surprised when I hear that many doctors do not treat fibromyalgia.

The daughter of one such client wrote to me, telling me that her mother, who was suffering from some form of dementia and was being tested for

Fibromyalgia can also cause Alzheimer’s. The medication that has been prescribed doesn’t seem to work. Instead it contributed to the elevate the mind problem her mother was experiencing.

After trying my program, not only did the painful joint pain and chronic fatigue dissipate but now suddenly, her mother’s short term memory loss and language lapses were a thing of the past.

How could a program intended for one condition treat another? In short, this can happen with many of my programs – many of them are designed to provide the body with the proper amounts of oxygen. It’s understandable that more oxygen to one area will also mean more oxygen to another.

In this instance, however, it’s more than that. This is because another symptom of fibromyalgia, while not as well known, can still be just as exasperating to deal with. This is called fibro fog. Sufferers of fibro fog can experience one or more of the following: short-term memory loss, clouded thinking, intermittent language lapses and difficulty concentrating.

It is just a mystery. Just like fibromyalgia fibro fog too doesn’t have a definite cause.

There many theories by experts.

The so far proposed theories are lack of oxygen to the brain, lack of delta wave sleep (deepest level of sleep) and side effects of certain medications (among them, ironically, medicines to treat fibromyalgia pain).

Lack of sleep is generally contributed to the pain of fibromyalgia. When this deepest level of sleep cannot be achieved, the brain is unable to sort through all of the new things the conscious mind has learned throughout the day and can result in difficulty with memory recall. It’s not actually the memory that’s affected, it’s the brain’s ability to recall the learned info that is affected.

While the above symptoms of fibro fog do seem to mimic Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia, one should not that fibro fog is a physical symptom of fibromyalgia and is not a degenerative disease. This means that if one can clear up fibromyalgia symptoms, this one will dissipate as well and “normal” thinking will occur again.

Other methods to do is sleeping well, you can try a fan or an “white noise”. Start taking notes – carry around a small notebook or PDA and take notes often. Not only will you have the information available later but the act of writing helps commit the thought to memory. Repeating words is also quite helpful.

You can also seek the consultation of a physician. It is because to rule out the possibility of Alzheimer’s or any other form of dementia. Apart from this you can choose a quiet place to work you should avoid all distractions.

You can also involve i games like crossword puzzles, jigsaw puzzles and chess. This will activate you brain a lot and helps you with your memory and concentration.

Exercise is also highly recommended. Get your blood pumping to get that oxygen to the brain! Keep in mind, however, that moderation is key.

Rigorous exercising can actually make ibromyalgia pain worse.

This is why I highly recommend my Fibromyalgia program. The breathing and relaxation exercises are specifically designed to treat fibromyalgia symptoms. It’s all natural and guaranteed to work! And of course if you suffer from any kind of dementia, my dementia program is just about to be launched.

Warning Signs Of A Bad Dentist

Finding a good dentist can be hard, but more importantly, avoiding a bad dentist is crucial. A bad or unscrupulous dentist can at best cost you extra money, and at worst make you sick or even kill you. This article will give you some tips that can make you aware of what to watch out for.

Warning signs

Flashy offices, expensive advertizing, and high prices are all red flags. A good reputation is better that rich clientele. Make sure the dentist is interested in improving and maintaining you dental health, not maximizing profits.

Avoid dentists who try to up sell extra procedures with no health benefits. Cosmetic dentistry has its place, but for most people, a cosmetic dentist is a bad fit for their general dental health needs.
Another warning sign is dentists who engage in scare tactics. Beware of stern warnings of amalgam mercury poisoning, the dangers of fluoride, and recommend large amounts of dental work at a time.

Overuse of sedation is another thing to look for. Some people who are terrified of the dentist would prefer to sleep through every procedure. However, sedation is a serious procedure, and carries risks even when done properly. Patient comfort should not take precedence over patient health.

As with any medical procedure or medication, avoid the words holistic and homeopathic. These ideas are not rooted in science and have no consistent scientific research supporting them. Modern medicine is the result of thousands of years of discovery and improvement, ignoring these achievements and choosing alternative medicine is gambling with your health. Seek a second or third opinion, but avoid these words and anyone who uses them. Dentists who sell herbal or dietary supplements or vitamins should be researched carefully.

Question to Ask Yourself After A Dental Visit

There are many things to look for when choosing a dentist. Here are a few.

• Is the dentist detached or uninterested in a personal relationship
• Does the dentist talk down to you and preach or lecture you?
• Does the dentist fail to provide you with treatment options?
• Does the dentist fail to explain the procedures he his performing?
• Does the dentist not care if you understand the treatment plan?
• Does the dentist seem rushed?
• Does the dentist suggest suspiciously expensive treatments?

Many studies and reports have been done on the large variations in dental costs. Dentists are not allowed to share pricing information. While this works to prevent price fixing in the industry, it also means that pricing for dental procedures can vary wildly, even within a small area. The solution to this is to shop around for a dentist. Compare prices and ask friends, family, and co workers. And do not be afraid to get a second opinion, especially for expensive or complicated procedures. Contacting a dentist affiliated with a dental school is a good idea.

Avoiding a bad dentist can save you a good deal of money and pain. So be on the lookout for these warning signs and find a dentist that is right for you.

Natural Cure For Breast Cancer With Coffee Enemas

I learned about coffee enemas when searching for a natural treatment for breast cancer. After careful consideration of all my options, including chemotherapy and radiation, I chose the Gerson Therapy, a natural treatment for cancer and other degenerative diseases.

At first I was hesitant about the use of coffee enemas as part of the therapy, but faced with a life threatening disease I was willing to try this strange sounding procedure. Much to my surprise I found it to be an easy and refreshing treatment that I actually enjoyed. I immediately felt lighter, happier and more limber.

Organic coffee is a powerful agent for detoxifying. When taken as an enema it purifies the liver and its stored negative emotions, like worry, anger and fear. It gives great relief for both body and mind while fighting cancer.

According to the Gerson Therapy, the caffeine in coffee administered as an enema detoxifies the liver. The coffee enema is retained for about 10 minutes. All of the body’s blood passes through the liver every three minutes. As this vital fluid passes through the caffeinated liver, the blood serum is detoxified.

Coffee enemas flush toxic bile from the liver which further affects the body’s enzymatic catalyst, known as glutathion S-transferase (GST). The GST is increased in quantity by 700 percent by a coffee enema—an excellent physiological effect, because the GST enzyme destroys free radicals.

Discovered by Dr. Max Gerson while serving as a medic in World War I, the coffee enema was found to relieve pain and accelerate healing in wounded soldiers. It later became a part of The Gerson Therapy, a natural regime he developed for healing cancer.

The coffee enema, combined with the Gerson Therapy diet of fresh organic juices, vegetarian foods and supplements, has proved to be an effective method for combatting breast cancer. Flooding the body with nutrition while eliminating toxins boosts the body’s cancer fighting ability and allows it to heal naturally. Within just a few months, my tests confirmed that the cancer was in remission. Not only did I avoid the terrible side effects of chemotherapy and radiation, but I learned to take control of my health and rebuild my body to be strong and resilient. It’s not easy to step out of the box of traditional cancer treatment and try an alternative therapy. It requires great strength, optimism and trust in the body’s natural healing power.

Since undergoing the Gerson Therapy five years ago, I have been enjoying radiant health and strength. I still do coffee enemas a couple of times a month as a preventative measure and to keep my liver strong and healthy.

Friends often ask me if they can do coffee enemas for various health complaints, and the answer is yes! It’s a great cleanse that will help improve digestion, complexion, allergies, immunity, arthritis, and many degenerative diseases. I have scribbled out the recipe for people many times on the back of a napkin or envelope. Now I have finally created a blog to share and discuss the procedure, recipe and benefits.

I also recommend that if you are seriously ill, contact the Gerson Institute and undergo the full treatment for your disease—whether as an alternative to conventional medicine, or as a supplement to help purify the system after chemotherapy.

As a breast cancer survivor, I encourage anyone faced with this disease to research their alternatives for natural treatment and not to overlook the healing wonders of the body—and of coffee enemas!

Should Vertigo Patients Avoid Air Travel?

I meet many interesting people while traveling. For both business and personal reasons I travel a lot. As I was always eager to speak to new people, i will someway start a conversation that had lead to many interesting information’s.

Sometimes vertigo happens to be the common topic. Many people tell me that either by traveling air or car makes their vertigo worse.

There are no certain conditions that cause vertigo and the cause is not always known. What does vertigo mean? It means spinning or whirling that is due to the disturbance in the balance of equilibrium. Vertigo is not considered as a disease, it’s a mere symptom.

The major cause of vertigo is because of a disorder in vestibular system. It can also be due to some problem with the central vestibular system. One of vertigo’s symptom is dizziness. But it do not mean that everyone with dizziness has vertigo.

I have also noted that people who have a problem with height do not fear flying. Many people link vertigo to fear of height due to the Alfred Hitchcock movie. This is linked because both the symptoms are similar dizziness and nausea.

There are different types of vertigo but the most common type of vertigo is BPPV. The onset is usually sudden and tends to last for less than a minute. It is almost always caused by sudden head movements.

Symptoms can include: nystagmus (shaking of the eye), nausea, vomiting and sweating. The attacks can stop or improve after a few weeks or months. However in some cases, they can persist for longer. Your doctor can correctly diagnose you and recommend special head and neck exercises to help prevent the onset of vertigo.

Most people who have this type of vertigo have no issue with the movement of travel but rather, the positioning of their head on the seat. This is what could bring on symptoms for these types of sufferers.

Vertigo can temporarily triggered by alcohol. Therefore, alcohol should be avoided when you fly or drive.

Although not as common, psychogenic vertigo is vertigo caused by a psychological disorder such as anxiety or panic disorder. If suffering from this disorder, traveling could initiate or make symptoms worse.

he motion of travel can affect the parts of the inner ear that help control balance. This happens most when traveling by boat but can by auto and plane travel.

Like vertigo, the onset of symptoms is quick. They include: nausea, dizziness, headache, cold sweats, hyperventilation (which could lead to faintness) and usually vomiting.

Motion sickness can avoided by doing the following while traveling No Smoking, no drinking, not reading while traveling and getting some fresh air.

There are many medicines that are available to treat motion sickness. But these medicines might cause drowsiness in children and infants may agitate.
